Please see how to import this creation. Warning: This building is very big (ca. 120 m diameter) and counts up to 2200 prims. If the import of the .xml file crashes, try the .oar file. Due to the use of megaprims, this build will only work on OpenSim.

Thanks, I’m glad you like it. I’ll try to come by and visit.

[Edit: It would be easier to visit if you'd be hypergrid enabled.]

[Edit edit: Okay, I found the hypergrid link. It wasn't all that well explained, though.]

Ok. What am I missing? I’d love to load your oar file on one of my regions. But, all I see is the zip, then when unziped, there is no oar file. Any advice? I’m sure it’s something obvious.

    Thanks

Okay, ever since 10.5, OSX has the archive utility as a core service in replacement of the Stuffit Expander, and archive utility by default expands archives recursively, until they’re completely unpacked. Since an OAR is a tar.gz archive, the application continues to unpack it further.

To get around that, go to System > Library > CoreServices and double click the archive utility. Then open its preferences (cmd + ,) and uncheck the box that says “continue to expand if possible” (or something similar to that).

    Hope this helps.
